The hot tub was out of order!!! The cleanliness of the pool area leaves a lot to be desired!!! It's frustrating that the ice machines are only on the first floor while I was on the top floor!!!

Both a hit and a miss

The friendly staff made my experience enjoyable, especially the breakfast area attendant who was exceptionally nice. My room had everything needed and was very clean.

The front desk service was rather dismissive, which dampened my overall impression. I experienced slight noise disruptions from the adjacent rooms.

I had to wait for quite a while to be attended at the front desk. it was frustrating to ring a bell for service.

this hotel could be fabulous if only someone cleaned the pool and spa area, which was simply disgusting. Of course, my room was not cleaned either. I had to ring the bell just to get that done! I thought maybe a welcome gift would accompany my inconvenience, but alas, that would have been too much to ask. I just couldn’t give a good review after that.

I recently stayed here for a night, and I really loved the comfy beds and the clean room! The breakfast was a surprise with great options, but finding ice was a hassle since it was only on the bottom floor.

The room was spotless, spacious, and so comfortable! The housekeeping staff even rewashed everything for us without bleach because of my allergies. Breakfast was a delicious feast with biscuits and gravy that made our mornings delightful!
